There are three different statuses to make it easier for you to control and manage your locations. You can find the different statuses under your Locations view in the top menu. This article covers what each status means and how they can help you keep track of the music playing in your different venues.
Everything is running smoothly.
This status means that you either haven’t setup your device or that the subscription is inactive. If you want to start using the location you should check the following:
- Click on the name of the location.
- Click on "Activate subscription" if the subscription has not been activated yet.
- Connect the location to a player if you haven't done so already. Click on "Connect" next to the device you want to use. Download the application on your device and enter the pairing code shown on the screen. Learn more here.
The device is offline and we're unable to connect to it. If your device is playing music, it means it's playing downloaded songs offline. You will see this status every time the device looses the internet connection so there is usually no reason to worry – especially if you're using a WiFi connection.
The time stamp will tell you when we lost the connection to the player. If you see this error message for a few days, and the device should have been able to reconnect to the internet by then, we would advice you to troubleshoot the network to avoid any future issues.
