This article covers what you need for our service to work and how to complete the setup of your account.
Before you create your account, we want to make sure you have everything you need.
You need a device to play music in your location through our app. You can compare and learn more about our supported devices here. When setting up your account, you will be asked to enter a pairing code in the app. Make sure to have your device nearby.
A sound system
Your device needs to be connected to your sound system through AirPlay, Bluetooth or audio cable (line-input.) Learn more about how to connect your player here.
An internet connection
You need an internet connection for our service to work properly. Learn more about network settings and our offline support here.
Setup your account
Follow these simple steps to start playing music in no time.
1. Sign up for your account
Sign up for an account if you haven't already. There is no commitment, which means you can use the service for as long as you want. Once you've signed up, click "Start here" to complete the setup.
2. Add your address
Add the address for your company.
Setup your payment details by entering your credit card. Subscriptions are billed monthly. If you are unable to activate your account, this article might help you figure out how to fix that.
4. Pair device
Decide which device you would like to use. We support Android, iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, and Windows PC. View our complete list of supported devices here. You can connect to Sonos through audio cable (line in).
Install the Player for Soundtrack Business app on your device, then open the app and enter the pairing code shown in your web browser. Follow our easy setup and user guides for each player:
5. Music is playing
Once you've paired your device, you're ready to add music to your account. In your web browser, click on Discover Music to find our music catalogue. Here are two articles that will help you decide what music to play, and how to change the music that's playing.
