If we've tried to renew your subscription but didn't succeed in charging your payment card, or you want to reactivate your cancelled subscription you can easily resume the subscription by logging into your account:
- Click on "Locations" in the top menu.
- Go to the location you want to resume and click on "Subscription". Note that if you have multiple locations you will need to click on the name of the location you want to resume before you can see the "Subscription" tab.
- Click on "Resume Subscription"
